Unemployment -Devil for Economy

Unemployment is a serious problem not only for our country, but also for the advanced countries. The number of educated as well as uneducated unemployed people is increasing every year. In our own country, we find increasing unemployment in different fields. Thousands of B.As and M.As are as they cannot, even get the jobs of clerks, ordinary office workers and teachers. Thousands holding the B.Sc and M.Sc degrees cannot get jobs in their respective fields.
In Pakistan we find hundreds of thousands of unemployed laborers and farm workers in villages. The use of tractors and other machines on farms has made a numbers of villagers idle. Otherwise, too, most villagers are under-employed. They only work regularly and with effort when crops are being sown or reaped. For more than half of the year they do a little bit of work here and a little bit there, and then sit idle.
In the cities we find many thousands of unemployed labors and skilled workers. These people do manual work and generally earn daily wages. They are often unemployed for days and weeks together. The causes of this large-scale unemployment are many. First of all, the population of our country and other developing countries is rising fast. Our population is increasing by a few lakh each year. It becomes difficult to meet the needs of all the additional people.
The slow economic and scientific progress of the country is perhaps the greatest cause of unemployment. Because of slow industrial development there are not very much large factories and industrial centers where labors, skilled workers and fresh graduates can get employed.
When machines are used on farms in villages many labors and farmers become idle. Quite a few of them come to cities and the problem of unemployment here becomes much more serious.
Large scale unemployment has serious effects on the country’s production. Unemployed people do not take part in its industrial or agricultural production.
The government should open new factories and industries at as many places as possible. Unemployed labors and skilled workers will be able to work there. There should be more offices, scientific research centers, schools and colleges where our educated young men and women can work.
Unemployed people should be ready to do all sort of work. The students who cannot get proper jobs after their studies are over should be ready to work manually in factories and on farms.
Industrialists should expand their factories or set up new ones to provide work to a larger number of people. Landlord should cultivate more of their lands to provide work to unemployed labors and farmers. Small industries should be set up in villages. Increased industrial and agriculture production will cause an increase in the exports and trade of the country. A large number of employed people will get busy with export and trade.

Google ordered to remove anti-Islamic film from YouTube

Visitors stand in front of a logo of YouTube at the YouTube Space Tokyo, operated by Google, in Tokyo …

(Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday ordered Google Inc to remove from its YouTube video-sharing website an anti-Islamic film that had sparked protests across the Muslim world. By a 2-1 vote, a panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday rejected Google's assertion that the removal of the film "Innocence of Muslims," amounted to a prior restraint of speech that violated the U.S. Constitution.
The plaintiff, Cindy Lee Garcia, had objected to the film after learning that it incorporated a clip she had made for a different movie, which had been partially dubbed and in which she appeared to be asking: "Is your Mohammed a child molester?"
Representatives for Google could not immediately be reached for comment.
Cris Armenta, a lawyer for Garcia, said she is delighted with the decision.
"Ordering YouTube and Google to take down the film was the right thing to do," Armenta said in an email. "The propaganda film differs so radically from anything that Ms. Garcia could have imagined when the director told her that she was being cast in the innocent adventure film."
The controversial film, billed as a film trailer, depicted the Prophet Mohammed as a fool and a sexual deviant. It sparked a torrent of anti-American unrest among Muslims in Egypt, Libya and other countries in 2012.
That outbreak coincided with an attack on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi that killed four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador to Libya. U.S. and other foreign embassies were also stormed in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
For many Muslims, any depiction of the prophet is considered blasphemous.
Google had refused to remove the film from YouTube, despite pressure from the White House and others, though it blocked the trailer in Egypt, Libya and certain other countries.
Garcia had claimed that her performance within the film was independently copyrightable and that she retained an interest in that copyright. A lower court had refused her request that Google remove the film from YouTube.
But in Wednesday's decision, 9th Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski said Garcia was likely to prevail on her copyright claim and having already faced "serious threats against her life," faced irreparable harm absent an injunction.
He called it a rare and troubling case, given how Garcia had been duped. "It's disappointing, though perhaps not surprising, that Garcia needed to sue in order to protect herself and her rights," he wrote.

Tom, Dick & Harry of cricketing World - BIG 3

India, Australia & England has become Tom , Dick and Harry of the cricket world. A sports which always remained controversial due to corruption in the face of spot fixing, fancy fixing and match fixing.Sports where mostly playing nations board like West Indies, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh don't have enough gosh for running its operations smoothly, where Boards price are some pennies, for which they can easily be sold out by Bookies. We can see example of other popular sports like football, tennis & rugby where their is no Capitalist board involve in the decision making process of its International Body of the concern sports.Whereas in Cricket, we are facing DADA-GIRI of two preempt boards Australia - England because of their financial stability. In recent years with the help of its biggest Match fixing market in the world, India has emerged as prominent power of Cricket also defeating its fathers Australia & England & is going to become monarch of Cricket. If money matters lot, then in future boards like UAE & China will also be part of leading ICC.
We might see G7 or G10 as in United Nations. Before the BIG 3 resolution was passed three boards were united against these 3 Idiots but South Africa who was always remained chokers has proved to be choker again and signed the resolution in favor of 3 Idiots after receiving coddle from India. However Pakistan and
Srilanka remained wall against these churl 3 Idiots propaganda despite of their financial problem by compelling them & its constituent through bluster that they will not allow any TOM, DICK and HARRY to make contest in the gentlemen game.On other hand, boards like Bangladesh & Newzealand were clamouring for money & to coddle them India offered lully Pop (Comely Compact) to them in return they promised to consign their vote to Cricket's 3 IDIOTS.
I think the consternation should be removed immediately & World Sports forum should intervene between the matter and solve it.Otherwise their will be no chance of fair game in cricket like we have seen in IPL recently.

Turning into an actor and cashing your skills the best seems one of the easiest ways to become rich. However, like any other profession, even this one demands much of your time, hard work and talent, especially when you are newly launched.
Now that our television industry has groomed a lot and is now enjoying a huge viewership not only within the country but all over the world, our artists seem wise enough to cash their talent the best they can. Out of many popular celebrities who are considered as an expensive actor to afford, here are the top 5 actors who are demanding high packages from producers.
aaa

1)      Fawad Khan

Faisal Qureshi and Humayun Saeed can be considered as the real heroes of this revival of drama industry who are cherished by the Pakistani audience for whatever role they are seen in.  Faisal, after realizing his real worth in this field has also increased his rates and has been lately choosing the projects on the basis of packages been offered.

3)      Mikaal Zulfiqar

Either it is his luck or his good looks which have contributed largely in turning this model a real actor. Besides the fact that he is considered to be an important player in the showbiz industry, the fact persists that there are people who do not find themselves convinced with his acting skills!
Following the footsteps of Fawad Khan, Mikaal has too increased his worth and now demands six digit packages.

4)      Sajal Ali

sajal
Now this one has literally shocked me. This young actress is currently considered to be an expensive actress at the moment.  It was previously that I shared a news stating that Sajal was receiving threats on calls in Karachi. She has officially proclaimed herself as an actress who is expensive to afford, however, regardless of her high rates, she is seen frequently on different channels, playing major roles.

5)      Saba Qamar

saba
Saba is surely a multitalented Pakistani icon who is loved by the audience regardless of factors like age, culture and location. She received a huge applause for portraying so much negativity on screen as Saman in drama serial ‘Maat’ and then playing a powerful character in dramas like ‘Na Kaho tum Mere nahi’, ‘Yahan  Pyar nahi hai’ and ‘Ullu Baraye Farukht nahi’.
She is also selecting projects on the basis of packages which are been offered currently.

Prime Minister Youth loan Scheme Game Theory

Every Young gun above 21 years till 45 are planning for taking loan under the upcoming Prime Minister Youth loan Scheme for Business.Loan is comprised into various trades, starting from range between 100k to 2 million.Any Pakistani between age of 21-45 can take loan by applying through filling form & submitting Rs.100 in any NBP Bank all over Pakistan.A Gazette officer above 15 grade required to hold responsibility and attesting form.

In the 1st phase of scheme, only 100k people will be provided loans. No one is seeing towards brightest sight of scheme that for applying this scheme you have to deposit Rs100 PKR into bank in initial basis whether you 'll got loan or not.

Pakistan has above 55% youth according to recent survey of  Pakistan Bureau of Statistics
in 2013.Pakistan has almost 180 million population, so its mean 90 million are young. If we consider just 10 million people will apply for the above loan scheme than we can get the application fees amount as under

10 million multiply by Rs.100 = 1000,000,000

WOW....Hats off to the Prime Minister especially his Finance Minister Ishaq Dar. They are earning huge amount in the name of application fees.No one knows whether they will give loan to 100k people or not.
Also we have just took example of atleast 10 million people out of 180 million. Also we have not discussed interest rate on the loan.Meanwhile we can say that this tenure of Nawaz Shareef will give its cabinet a chance to make most of it due to evil policies of Ishaq Dar.
