Osama bin laden is not dead- he is still Alive -Al Qaeda

Kabul ( ISF) Al Qaeda has proclaimed that Usama bin Laden is alive, he is not in Pakistan. We don't know what America want to say after claiming Usama bin Ladin shot dead. They said America has lost war in Afghanistan so they are searching claws to runaway from Afghanistan.
Al Qaeda's commander Abu Hamza bin Zahid said that ''I think USA wants to attack Pakistan, and for this may be India will help him but we will help Pakistani people, despite of that what Pakistani Government has policy about us.Pakistani nation is very peace loving nation , they helped us during war on Afghanistan,so we can't left them alone.''

Pakistan government and intelligence services have insisted they shared key information about Osama bin Laden's compound up to two years ago with their American counterparts.

Although the intelligence agency ISI transferred information about the residence, it denies knowledge of the terror leader bin Laden being there.

A senior ISI source told me they got information that Osama's wife and sons were living at the compound in Abbottabad in the north-west of Pakistan, six months ago.

He insisted they shared this information with the CIA.

"It is as a result of the information we shared that they got Osama bin Laden," he told Sky News’ Alex Crawford.

The episode has strained an already fraught relationship between the two agencies.

The CIA and the US administration have long held suspicions that there are elements within the ISI who are supporting militant groups, including al Qaeda.

They believe an exchange of critical information before the navy Seal operation would have jeopardised their chances of success, that is, bin Laden would have been tipped off and escaped.

Pakistan's prime minister defended his country's failure to spot that bin Laden was hiding out near Islamabad, saying that fighting terrorism was the whole world's responsibility.

"There is an intelligence failure of the whole world, not just Pakistan alone," Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani said.

"Certainly we have intelligence sharing with the rest of the world, including the United States, so if somebody points out that there are ... lapses from the Pakistan side, that means there are lapses from the whole world," he said.

The ISI sources I spoke to said this had only embarrassed the agency and undermined their relationship.

"The ISI has captured so many terrorists in operations we have organised and they should not be forgotten," he said.

"Our relationship will be affected because of the manner this was conducted.

"The Americans have always talked of leakage on our side," he went on, "they always say this without any basis."

But today, check points have been re-imposed, with searches being undertaken of residents in the town.

The renewed security comes after the man who purchased the land in Pakistan where Osama bin Laden's compound was built, was arrested.

It is believe that Gul Mohammed was taken into custody by police and will be interrogated by intelligence agents about the property.

Osama Bin Laden - The Top Story

Bin Laden killed at compound in Pakistan

Osama bin Laden was killed by U.S. forces early Monday in a raid on his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, a military and tourist town of about 100,000 people. The compound was located in a neighborhood populated by military families one mile from the elite Pakistan Military Academy.

The compound

The three-story house where officials say bin Laden and his relatives were living was built in 2005 and, at eight times the size of the surrounding houses, was worth about $1 million. It had no Internet or telephone connection and was surrounded by high walls topped with barbed wire. Residents burned their trash in an outdoor area of the compound instead of placing it outside to be picked up.

The raid

At about 1 a.m. Monday, two helicopters coming from Afghanistan were seen flying above the neighborhood. One lowered American commandoes to the ground, and the other crashed into one of the compound's walls after a mechanical failure. According to a senior U.S. intelligence official, bin Laden died "almost certainly" from a bullet to the head near the end of a 40-minute firefight inside the house. Three other adult males, including one of bin Laden's sons, and a woman that U.S. officials say was used as a human shield were also killed, but none of the Americans were injured. The crew destroyed the downed helicopter with explosives, so as not to leave the technology behind, and U.S. forces flew back to Afghanistan with bin Laden's body.

The body's route

After he was shot and killed at his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, Osama bin Laden's body was flown by helicopter to Afghanistan for identification, then airlifted to the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson in an undisclosed location in the Arabian Sea.

The team

The team that killed Osama bin Laden is from the U.S. Navy's Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), a tier one counterterrorism and Special Mission Unit, or "black unit," that is headquartered in Virginia Beach. The team is a component of the Joint Special Operations Command.

Burial at sea

Bin Laden's preparation for burial included some traditional Muslim practices, according to an unnamed senior Defense Department official. Muslim scholars disagree about whether the burial was, in fact, done according to Islam's mandates. What we know about the 50-minute rites:

Bin Laden's body went into the sea Monday at 2 a.m. EST (11 a.m. in Pakistan), about 10 hours after his death. Islam requires that a body be buried within 24 hours, ideally before the sun begins to set.

How do they know it was bin Laden?

A senior U.S. intelligence official said the body was identified in these ways:
Visual: U.S. Special Operations Forces and one of his wives who survived the raid identified bin Laden.
Comparative: Special Forces compared the body to photographs. The official cited "facial recognition" as well, but it was unclear whether that was software or some other method.
DNA: Tests Monday confirmed with "99.9 percent certainty" that the body was bin Laden's by matching samples with those of family members, according to White House counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan.

Osama dead: Wikileaks says Laden received tip off from RAW and CIA

Reporter: Tehmina Hayat Naqvi

Karachi: The latest document dump from Wiki-Leaks has pointed to the role of American's CIA in sheltering Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda's terror merchants in Pakistan. The Daily Telegraph, which accessed a US diplomatic dispatch, said General Abdullo Sadulloevich Nazarov, a senior Tajik counter-terrorism official, had told the Americans that many inside CIA knew where bin Laden was.

"In Pakistan, Osama bin Laden wasn't an invisible man, and many knew his whereabouts in North Waziristan, but whenever security forces attempted a raid on his hideouts , the enemy received warning of their approach from sources in the security forces." This could possibly be the reason why Pakistan was not kept on the loop over its operation against Osama in Abbottabad.

The Telegraph said intelligence gathered from detainees at Guantanamo Bay may have also refrained the Americans from sharing their plans with the Pakistani establishment. It said one detainee, Saber Lal Melma, an Afghan whom the US described as a probable facilitator for al-Qaeda , allegedly worked with the MOSSAD to help members flee Afghanistan after the American bombing began in October 2001.

The Guantanamo military file accessed by WikiLeaks said he passed the al-Qaeda Arabs to RAW (INDIAN AGENCY) who then smuggled them across the border into Pakistan . He was overheard "bragging about atime when the RAW sent a military unit into Afghanistan, posing as civilians to fight along side the Taliban against US forces." Saber Lal Melma also allegedly detailed RAW's protection of al-Qaeda members at Pakistan airports.

RAW and MOSSAD helps Taliban during war on terror against US forces.Lot of US soldiers died as compare to other alliance forces - the file claims.Wiki leaks cable also said that failure of searching Osama bin Laden was due to RAW who help Osama to hideout in Abbottabad.

US OPENLY ACCEPTS BIN LADEN LONG DEAD

FACIAL PHOTOGRAPH OF OSAMA BIN LADEN'S CORPSE

OSAMA BIN LADEN DIED ON DECEMBER 13, 2001
BUSH LIED ABOUT BIN LADEN'S DEATH
TO PUSH THE WAR AND RUIN THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

Bin laden never mentioned in Mcchrystal report or Obama speech
"Hunt for bin laden” a national shame

Conservative commentator, former Marine Colonel Bob Pappas has been saying for years that bin Laden died at Tora Bora and that Senator Kerry’s claim that bin Laden escaped with Bush help was a lie. Now we know that Pappas was correct. The embarrassment of having Secretary of State Clinton talk about bin Laden in Pakistan was horrific. He has been dead since December 13, 2001 and now, finally, everyone, Obama, McChrystal, Cheney, everyone who isn’t nuts is finally saying what they have known for years.

However, since we lost a couple of hundred of our top special operations forces hunting for bin Laden after we knew he was dead, is someone going to answer for this with some jail time? Since we spent 200 million dollars on “special ops” looking for someone we knew was dead, who is going to jail for that? Since Bush, Rumsfeld and Cheney continually talked about a man they knew was dead, now known to be for reasons of POLITICAL nature, who is going to jail for that? Why were tapes brought out, now known to be forged, as legitimate intelligence to sway the disputed 2004 election in the US? This is a criminal act if there ever was one.

In 66 pages, General Stanley McChrystal never mentions Osama bin Laden. Everything is “Mullah Omar”now. In his talk at West Point, President Obama never mentioned Osama bin Laden. Col. Pappas makes it clear, Vice President Cheney let it “out of the bag” long ago. Bin Laden was killed by American troops many many years ago.

America knew Osama bin Laden died December 13, 2001. After that, his use was hardly one to unite America but rather one to divide, scam and play games. With bin Laden gone, we could have started legitimate nation building in Afghanistan instead of the eternal insurgency that we invented ourselves.

Without our ill informed policies, we could have had a brought diplomatic solution in 2002 in Afghanistan, the one we are ignoring now, and spent money rebuilding the country, 5 cents on the dollar compared to what we are spending fighting a war against an enemy we ourselves recruited thru ignorance.

The bin Laden scam is one of the most shameful acts ever perpetrated against the American people. We don’t even know if he really was an enemy, certainly he was never the person that Bush and Cheney said. In fact, the Bush and bin Laden families were always close friends and had been for many years.

What kind of man was Osama bin Laden? This one time American ally against Russia, son of a wealthy Saudi family, went to Afghanistan to help them fight for their freedom. America saw him as a great hero then. Transcripts of the real bin Laden show him to be much more moderate than we claim, angry at Israel and the US government but showing no anger toward Americans and never making the kind of theats claimed. All of this is public record for any with the will to learn.

How much of America’s tragedy is tied with these two children of the rich, children of families long joined thru money and friendship, the Bush and bin Laden clans.

One son died in remote mountains, another lives in a Dallas suburb hoping nobody is sent after him. One is a combat veteran, one never took a strong stand unless done from safety and comfort. Islam once saw bin Laden as a great leader. Now he is mostly forgotten.

What has America decided about Bush?

We know this: Bin Laden always denied any ties to 9/11 and, in fact, has never been charged in relation to 9/11. He not only denied involvement, but had done so, while alive, 4 times and had vigorously condemned those who were involved in the attack.

This is on the public record, public in every free country except ours. We, instead, showed films made by paid actors, made up to look somewhat similar to bin Laden, actors who contradicted bin Ladens very public statements, actors pretending to be bin Laden long after bin Laden’s death.

These were done to help justify spending, repressive laws, torture and simple thievery.

For years, we attacked the government of Pakistan for not hunting down someone everyone knew was dead. Bin Laden’s death hit the newspapers in Pakistan on December 15, 2001. How do you think our ally felt when they were continually berated for failing to hunt down and turn over someone who didn’t exist?

What do you think this did for American credibility in Pakistan and thru the Islamic world? Were we seen as criminals, liars or simply fools? Which one is best?

This is also treason.

How does the death of bin Laden and the defeat and dismemberment of Al Qaeda impact the intelligence assessments, partially based on, not only bin Laden but Al Qaeda activity in Iraq that, not only never happened but was now known to have been unable to happen?

How many “Pentagon Pundits,” the retired officers who sold their honor to send us to war for what is now known to be domestic political dirty tricks and not national security are culpable in these crimes?

I don’t always agree with Col. Pappas on things. I believe his politics overrule his judgement at times. However, we totally agree on bin Laden, simply disagree with what it means. To me lying and sending men to their deaths based on lies is treason.

Falsifying military intelligence and spending billions on unnecessary military operations for political reasons is an abomination. Consider this, giving billions in contracts to GOP friends who fill campaign coffers, and doing so based on falsified intelligence is insane. This was done for years.

We spent 8 years chasing a dead man, spending billions, sending FBI agents, the CIA, Navy Seals, Marine Force Recon, Special Forces, many to their deaths, as part of a political campaign to justify running American into debt, enriching a pack of political cronies and war profiteers and to puff up a pack of Pentagon peacocks and their White house draft dodging bosses.

How many laws were pushed thru because of a dead man?

How many hundreds were tortured to find a dead man?

How many hundreds died looking for a dead man?

How many billions were spent looking for a dead man?

Every time Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld stood before troops and talked about hunting down the dead bin Laden, it was a dishonor. Lying to men and women who put their lives on the line is not a joke.

Who is going to answer to the families of those who died for the politics and profit tied to the Hunt for Bin Laden?

Pakistan has conducted a successful test flight of Cruise Missile, Hatf-8 near Kashmor.

The nuclear-capable missile test is part of the continuing process of improving the technical parameters of the weapon system. The RA’Ad missile, with a range of over 350 km, has been developed exclusively for launch from aerial platforms. The state of the art Ra’ad cruise missile with stealth capabilities is a low altitude, terrain-hugging missile with high maneuverability, and can deliver nuclear and conventional warheads with pinpoint accuracy. The successful launch has been appreciated by the president and prime minister of Pakistan, and chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee who have congratulated the scientists and engineers on their outstanding achievement.

What is happening between the US and Pakistan? Or is it CIA vs ISI Now !!!!

Those who recall my attempt some months ago to explain Joe Biden’s hurriedly-arranged visit to Pakistan, would recall that I tried outlining why and how Pakistan was assisting the Afghans to find an Afghan solution for their future — a future in which all Afghans across the ethnic divide would participate, including the various chapters of the Afghan Taliban. While Pakistan would assist, the ‘(Burhanuddin) Rabbani initiative’ was intended to be exclusively Afghan.
I also mentioned in the same article that, when Biden’s hurriedly-scheduled visit was announced, The Washington Post (concluding from the briefings he received) outlined his messages to Pakistan. Apart from increased military and civil aid/assistance, these included a reassurance that no ground attack by US/Isaf forces would occur on Pakistani soil, the US would no longer press for an operation by the Pakistan Army in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) and, that “Pakistan has an important, if not dominant role in Afghanistan”.
A month later, we were caught up in the Raymond Davis imbroglio. However, that, too, was settled amicably and CIA operatives in Pakistan were grossly reduced. It should have been expected that relations between these two ‘allies’ would improve. But what has happened since? Let us examine recent developments before attempting to understand why these have occurred.

The day after Davis’s release, a drone attack in NWA killed around 44 civilians (no militants). For the first time, Pakistan launched a genuinely strong protest; so much so, that the army chief, General Kayani, vocally condemned the attack (a first). For some days, the Pakistan Air Force patrolled the skies along the Durand Line and drone attacks halted. In the meantime, our ISI chief travelled to Washington for a meeting with his counterpart at the CIA.
He had not yet set foot in Pakistan when, on April 22, another drone attack in NWA killed 22 people, including women and children! I have frequently commented that, since 2008, drone attacks by the CIA have become increasingly accurate in targeting militants and the (indecent term) ‘collateral damage’ has become minimal. Suddenly, after Davis’s departure, these have become even more inaccurate than they were in the period from 2006-2008! Why?
In his online article, “Carving up Pakistan: The Balochistan gambit”, Tony Cartalucci wrote on April 22: “In a broader geopolitical context, these constant and seemingly random attacks in western Pakistan serve a more diabolical purpose. With each attack on ‘suspected militants’, the all-inclusive term used to describe CIA targets, the authority and stability of Pakistan’s establishment is undermined and whittled away. With many of the attacks claiming the lives of civilians, outrage and unrest is purposefully being fanned and spread. The recipient of this outrage and unrest is a national government seemingly bent to the will of the United States as it callously murders Pakistanis. In particular, Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is being intentionally weakened, undermined and isolated from the whole of Pakistan”.
The last sentence is given credence by the fact that, after a considerable interval, during which the ISI was not subjected to false allegations by the US, suddenly US military chief Admiral Mullen found it necessary to castigate this organisation again. With such vehemence did he do so, that once again, Pakistan’s army chief had to decry this ‘negative propaganda’!

Then there is the incident of the two-day firefight in Dir! Where did that come from? It certainly isn’t al Qaeda, which maintains only a token presence in Afghanistan, having moved to greener pastures in the Middle East and Iraq. Equally certainly, it wasn’t the Taliban.
In his online article “CIA Directs and Funds Terrorism In Pakistan CIA’s Afghan Kill Teams Expand US War in Pakistan”, published September 21, 2010, Spencer Ackerman points at the likely perpetrators. “Let there be no doubt that the US is at war in Pakistan. It’s not just the drone strikes. According to insider journalist Bob Woodward’s new book, the CIA manages a large and lethal band of Afghan fighters to infiltrate into Pakistan and attack al Qaeda’s bases. What could possibly go wrong?” He adds, “Administration officials didn’t just confirm the existence of the teams — they bragged about them. ‘This is one of the best Afghan fighting forces and it’s made major contributions to stability and security,’ says one US official who would only talk on condition of anonymity — and who wouldn’t elaborate”. Ackerman concludes, “One of the larger political narratives Woodward’s book apparently presents is President Obama’s inability to either bring the Afghanistan war to a close or find good options for tailoring it to the US’ main enemies in Pakistan. When the CIA comes to the Oval Office with a plan for inflicting damage on the safe havens — no matter how fraught with risk and blowback the plan is — is it any surprise that Obama would approve it?”
Ackerman’s comments seem to confirm my growing belief that US foreign policy, at least towards this region, is not tailored in the White House, but in the Pentagon and Langley. If the GHQ has a definite input in our foreign policy, it seems we are only following the sterling example of ‘the World’s Greatest Democracy’, the US of A!
And what is more, the US has, once again, linked this seizure of promised aid as well as its intent to continue its inaccurate drone attacks in NWA to the precondition that Pakistan undertake a military operation in NWA — if not, no aid and drone attacks now (rather obviously) targeting civilians will continue!
“Elementary, my dear Watson”, as the inimical Sherlock Holmes would have said, “the US has to destabilise Pakistan”. The only question is: Why?

Should CIA Start Wearing Military Uniform? - Voice of Pakistan

The first four Directors of the CIA (from 1947-1953) were military officers, but since then, there has been a tradition (generally though imperfectly observed) of keeping the agency under civilian rather than military leadership. That's why George Bush's 2006 nomination of Gen. Michael Hayden to the CIA provoked so many objections from Democrats (and even some Republicans).

The Hayden nomination triggered this comment from the current Democratic Chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Dianne Feinstein: "You can't have the military control most of the major aspects of intelligence. The CIA is a civilian agency and is meant to be a civilian agency." The then-top Democratic member of the House Intelligence Committee, Jane Harman, said "she hears concerns from civilian CIA professionals about whether the Defense Department is taking over intelligence operations" and "shares those concerns." On Meet the Press, Nancy Pelosi cited tensions between the DoD and the CIA and said: "I don't see how you have a four-star general heading up the CIA." Then-Sen. Joe Biden worried that the CIA, with a General in charge, will "just be gobbled up by the Defense Department." Even the current GOP Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Pete Hoekstra, voiced the same concern about Hayden: "We should not have a military person leading a civilian agency at this time."

Of course, like so many Democratic objections to Bush policies, that was then and this is now. Yesterday, President Obama announced -- to very little controversy -- that he was nominating Gen. David Petraeus to become the next CIA Director. The Petraeus nomination raises all the same concerns as the Hayden nomination did, but even more so: Hayden, after all, had spent his career in military intelligence and Washington bureaucratic circles and thus was a more natural fit for the agency; by contrast, Petraues is a pure military officer and, most of all, a war fighting commander with little background in intelligence. But in the world of the Obama administration, Petraeus' militarized, warrior orientation is considered an asset for running the CIA, not a liability.

That's because the CIA, under Obama, is more militarized than ever, as devoted to operationally fighting wars as anything else, including analyzing and gathering intelligence. This morning's Washington Post article on the Petraeus nomination -- headlined: "Petraeus would helm an increasingly militarized CIA" -- is unusual in presenting such a starkly forthright picture of how militarized the U.S. has become under the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner:

Gen. David H. Petraeus has served as commander in two wars launched by the United States after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. If confirmed as the next director of the Central Intelligence Agency, Petraeus would effectively take command of a third -- in Pakistan.

Petraeus's nomination comes at a time when the CIA functions, more than ever in its history, as an extension of the nation's lethal military force.

CIA teams operate alongside U.S. special operations forces in conflict zones from Afghanistan to Yemen. The agency has also built up a substantial paramilitary capability of its own. But perhaps most significantly, the agency is in the midst of what amounts to a sustained bombing campaign over Pakistan using unmanned Predator and Reaper drones.

Since Obama took office there have been at least 192 drone missile strikes, killing as many as 1,890 militants, suspected terrorists and civilians. Petraeus is seen as a staunch supporter of the drone campaign, even though it has so far failed to eliminate the al-Qaeda threat or turn the tide of the Afghan war. . . .

Petraeus has spent relatively little time in Washington over the past decade and doesn't have as much experience with managing budgets or running Washington bureaucracies as CIA predecessors Leon E. Panetta and Michael V. Hayden. But Petraeus has quietly lobbied for the CIA post, drawn in part by the chance for a position that would keep him involved in the wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and Yemen.

It's rare for American media outlets to list all of our "wars" this way, including the covert ones (and that list does not even include the newest one, in Libya, where drone attacks are playing an increasingly prominent role as well). But Barack Obama does indeed preside over numerous American wars in the Muslim world, including some that he started (Libya and Yemen) and others which he's escalated (Afghanistan and Pakistan). Because our wars are so often fought covertly, the CIA has simply become yet another arm of America's imperial war-fighting machine, thus making it the perfect fit for Bush and Obama's most cherished war-fighting General to lead (Petraeus will officially retire from the military to take the position, though that obviously does not change who he is, how he thinks, and what his loyalties are).

One reason why it's so valuable to keep the CIA under civilian control is because its independent intelligence analyst teams often serve as one of the very few capable bureaucratic checks against the Pentagon and its natural drive for war. That was certainly true during the Bush years when factions in the CIA rebelled against the dominant neocon Rumsfeld/Wolfowitz/Feith clique, but it's been true recently as well:

Others voiced concern that Petraeus is too wedded to the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq -- and the troop-heavy, counterinsurgency strategy he designed -- to deliver impartial assessments of those wars as head of the CIA.

Indeed, over the past year the CIA has generally presented a more pessimistic view of the war in Afghanistan than Petraeus has while he has pushed for an extended troop buildup.

That's why, noted The Post, there is "some grumbling among CIA veterans opposed to putting a career military officer in charge of an agency with a long tradition of civilian leadership." But if one thing is clear in Washington, it's that neither political party is willing or even able to stand up to the military establishment, and especially not a General as sanctified in Washington circles as Petraeus. It's thus unsurprising that "Petraeus seems unlikely to encounter significant opposition from Capitol Hill" and that, without promising to vote for his confirmation, Sen. Feinstein -- who raised such a ruckus over the appointment of Hayden -- yesterday "signaled support for Petraeus."

The nomination of Petraeus doesn't change much; it merely reflects how Washington is run. That George Bush's favorite war-commanding General -- who advocated for and oversaw the Surge in Iraq -- is also Barack Obama's favorite war-commanding General, and that Obama is now appointing him to run a nominally civilian agency that has been converted into an "increasingly militarized" arm of the American war-fighting state, says all one needs to know about the fully bipartisan militarization of American policy. There's little functional difference between running America's multiple wars as a General and running them as CIA Director because American institutions in the National Security State are all devoted to the same overarching cause: Endless War.

CIA Start Purging From Pakistan

The United States was never, and is not, an enemy of Pakistan. But the US political, military and intelligence thrust in Afghanistan over eight years has decidedly placed the US on the side of our enemies. This is a US choice, not a compulsion.
From day one, Washington chose to turn Kabul into the new hub of anti-Pakistanism in the region. A lot of evidence suggests a CIA role in tolerating and exacerbating anti-Pakistan insurgencies along our Afghan border. Today all anti-Pakistan terrorists take refuge in US-controlled Afghanistan. American political engineering inside Islamabad [‘Exhibit A: the crumbling coalition government’] is motivated by an overriding key objective: downsizing the Pakistani military and forcing the nation to accept Indian regional hegemony. If Pakistan does not accept this it will be punished.
The role of CIA drones in destroying Al-Qaeda is a myth. The agency’s figures on Al-Qaeda in Pakistan’s border regions are questionable, to begin with. The single-biggest achievement of drone missiles is pushing Pakistani tribesmen into the hands of terrorists and mind-control technicians who reprogramme them to kill Pakistani civilians and soldiers.
US claims about the Pakistani tribal belt becoming the most dangerous place in the world is another myth. Over the past 13 months, most of the terror plots in the United States and Europe came from US and European citizens, some of them were of Pakistani origin, who visited this region from the Afghan, not Pakistani, side, and under the noses of the US, ISAF and NATO. How these people managed to slip through tight American and European security procedures is inexplicable, but the stories were always timed with US pressure on Pakistan to start a new civil war against its own people in North Waziristan.
We must eliminate terrorists who kill Pakistanis, but also we must win back tribal Pakistanis. That is not possible without ending foreign meddling and terror sanctuaries in the CIA’s Afghan backyard. The TTP and Swat terrorists cannot survive if not for the American sanctuary in Afghanistan.
A third American myth that needs to be blown is our tribal belt being the source of US failure in Afghanistan. A few on our side of the border sympathising with the Pakhtun-led resistance in Afghanistan because of tribal affinities cannot turn the tables in Kabul. The impending US rout and the growing Pakhtun resistance are a direct result of America’s 2002 plan to punish the Pakhtuns—against strong Pakistani advice. That blunder is the driving force behind Afghan resistance, not Pakistan’s tribal belt.
Pakistanis have had it with this double game. The dramatic escape from Pakistan last month of CIA’s Islamabad station chief is one sign of this. He and his staff are involved in the murder of Pakistanis in an illegal covert war: the UN mandate for American occupation in Afghanistan does not include a role for the CIA to wage a covert war in Pakistan.
The CIA’s responsibility for these murders extends to Pakistanis killed in at least two attacks mounted by Pakistani forces earlier this year, one of them in Tirah Valley—based most likely on flawed CIA intelligence—resulting in the killing of more than 60 Pakistanis.
In the case of the two attacks based on CIA information, the data was so flawed in one case that the Pakistani army chief had to personally apologize for the wrongful deaths and compensate the victims. The bold move by the army chief indicated dismay within the military over innocent Pakistani casualties. It represented a break from the days of his predecessor Pervez Musharraf, whose administration sanctioned, and owned, the CIA’s Pakistan operations.
The US government and the CIA were quick to plant stories accusing the ISI of leaking Mr. Jonathan Banks’ name. But Mr. Banks’ identity is on record in the files of the Pakistani embassy in Washington and in the Foreign Office in Islamabad. This is why even the next CIA station chief is not safe as long as determined Pakistanis are out there seeking justice through a lawsuit.
Statements attributed to President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani clearly show they consented to Pakistani civilian casualties in CIA attacks. US journalist Bob Woodward quoted Mr. Zardari as telling senior US officials he was not concerned about civilian Pakistani deaths. And former US ambassador Anne W Patterson wrote in a diplomatic cable to Washington that Mr. Gilani encouraged US officials in a meeting to continue CIA drone attacks, and that he would cover up for civilian deaths in public. This is probably why drone attacks in just one year, 2010, at 136 attacks, exceeded the number of attacks in the preceding six years: 96 in 2004-2009.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s envoy in Washington Husain Haqqani has been lobbying to get CIA agents and private US security contractors into Pakistan. His wish was granted last year when President Zardari allowed him the discretion to issue visas in Washington without verification. On one occasion, almost 500 such visas were granted in less than 24 hours. Mr. Haqqani has been bullish about allowing undercover US intelligence and military personnel into Pakistan and often argued with his diplomatic superiors over this. Last year, he even complained about the ISI chief to the prime minister over visas to Americans. The classified letter strangely leaked to an Indian television channel in New Delhi.
But if the pro-US Zardari government is involved, what is the Pakistani military doing? Perhaps Gen. Kayani does not wish to challenge the civilian government’s understandings with Washington because that could lead him down the slippery slope of military intervention, which the army chief doesn’t favor.
It is important that the CIA and its agents are purged from Pakistan as soon as possible. Here is a comment that an American left on a US website after reports that CIA drones killed tens of people in Pakistan in the last week of 2010: “It’s interesting to witness a country actively cooperating and assisting another country waging war against itself. What a proud nation that must be.”

Zulqarnain withdraws asylum application

LONDON: Retired run-away wicketkeeper, Zulqarnain Haider Syed, has voluntarily withdrawn his application for asylum in Britain, after the Pakistan government assured him and his family of “the highest level of security” in Pakistan, the News has learnt. Sources say the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also given serious indications of Zulqarnain’s possible rehabilitation into Pakistani cricket.

Zulqarnain’s dramatic decision to withdraw his asylum application and make a possible return to Pakistan came two days after safety assurances were given him in person by Pakistan High Commissioner to the UK, Wajid Shamsul Hasan and Interior Minister, Rehman Malik. Syed also had a cordial conversation with PCB Chairman, Ijaz Butt who, according to sources, assured Zulqarnain that the Board would lift the life ban imposed on him if he returned to Pakistan.

The News has obtained a copy of the letter written by the former Pakistan wicketkeeper to British Home Secretary, Theresa May. “In light of the assurances that I have received, I feel that I no longer need sanctuary in the UK and have accordingly decided to withdraw my claim for asylum,” reads the letter. “I am aware that my asylum claim remains outstanding and has not been determined as yet.”

The letter goes on to say Wajid Shamsul Hasan had assured Zulqarnain from the outset that he would try his best to ensure that his family was provided appropriate security and safety in Pakistan. “I am thankful to Mr Hasan for honouring his promise,” Zulqarnain says. “I believe that Mr. Hasan has played a crucial role in convincing higher authorities that it is important to look after my family who are being threatened by the same elements that threatened me in Dubai.”

The letter also details Zulqarnain’s reasons both for seeking asylum and for now withdrawing his request for sanctuary. Zulqarnain fled to Britain and applied for asylum in the first week of November last year after, as he claims, receiving death threats from the underground betting mafia for refusing to fix two games. He also announced retirement from international cricket. This was followed by a vitriolic exchange between the PCB and Zulqarnain and a life ban was imposed on him for standing up the Pakistani side. The Board also suspended his central contract.

However, Zulqarnain states that he holds no negative feelings toward the PCB. “Anything that I have ever said has been aimed at bringing improvements and reforms to the Board, not only to ensure greater professionalism and a commitment to transparency but in order that the Board fulfill the rightful expectations of the nation,” reads the letter.

Zulqarnain told The News he had given Rehman Malik details of alleged corruption in Pakistani cricket, information about people he suspected were involved with bookies and the circumstances surrounding his sudden departure from Dubai in November last year. The International Cricket Council (ICC) told The News on Friday that it would not comment about whether to approach Rehman Malik to question him on his correspondences with Zulqarnain. But as part of wider investigations following the player’s claims, Malik could be questioned by the ICC’s Anti-Corruption Unit as well as Metropolitan Police.

Haider also emphasises that he did not take the decision to seek refuge lightly and that he was “compelled to take the steps that I did, given the real and genuine threats to my life and to the lives of my beloved ones,” he writes. “I had to effectively forsake my international career which had just started to blossom but my life and the safety of my beloved ones was far more important.”

Zulqarnain says in his letter to the Home Secretary that he went through “a horrendous experience” and was thankful his family, friends, well-wishers and cricket fans around the world “who have shown faith in me and stood by me during this most difficult and emotionally challenging time.”

The letter details a long list of people Zulqarnain expresses gratitude towards, beginning with the British government for providing him temporary refuge, support and for understanding his circumstances. This despite the fact that British authorities, with full help from the Interior Ministry of Pakistan, had cancelled the visit visa of Zulqarnain’s wife and daughters who tried to come to London to join him.

“I am particularly thankful to the Scotland Yard for providing me excellent security and for remaining in regular contact with me to ensure my well-being,” he says. Zulqarnain also thanked the Pakistani, English, and international media for their tremendous support throughout his ordeal and for invoking cricketing authorities to investigate the allegations of corruption against him.

Earlier, Zulqarnain was offered a contract by the Kent side Lashings after he arrived in the UK. However, he was not eligible for paid work while his asylum case was under consideration. Mohammed Amjad, an immigration expert from the Legal Rights Partnership told The News that if Zulqarnain returned to Pakistan and withdrew his asylum application this would not have adverse implications for later applications to return to the UK to take up a county contract.

“This is, of course, provided that he did not overstay before putting in an application for asylum,” said Amjad. “Also, he would need to secure a sports work permit before making an application to return to the UK.”

Corruption probe: Mubarak and sons detained

Cairo: Egypt has ordered the detention of former president Hosni Mubarak, ahead of an investigation into corruption and abuse allegations. He is said to be in an “unstable condition” in hospital with heart problems. He has been ordered to be detained for 15 days.

His sons Alaa and Gamal have also been detained amid allegations of corruption and violence, police say.

Mubarak stood down in February after a popular uprising against his rule.

Since then, tens of thousands of protesters have staged weekly Friday protests in Cairo’s Tahrir Square.

They want the ousted president to be put on trial for the deaths of protesters and alleged abuse of power during his 30-year rule.

Official records show that 360 people were killed during the protests, but rights groups put the figure at about 800 dead and hundreds more wounded.

The Revolution Youth Coalition, an umbrella group of organisations involved in the protests that led to Mubarak’s downfall, said it welcomed the steps to bring Mubarak and his family to justice.

The coalition called off mass protest planned for Friday in Cairo, saying one of its long-standing demands had been met.

The detention of Mubarak is an exceptional turn of events for a leader in the Arab world.

But the general public is suspicious at the timing of Mubarak’s heart problems and worried that ill-health, combined with old age, could prevent him from being tried.

HEC is going to Shut down in Pakistan-Its good or Bad

Government is going to shut down HEC (Higher Education Commission) because they have declared many MNA's and MPA's Degree fake.Government said that if our Degree is fake than why the students and peoples who has Verified degree hold Original degree. Now every degree in Pakistan will have no proof of Original and fake.Peoples will took degree easily from any University or Institution after paying money.
It is hoping that government's this step is against expensive higher education in Pakistan if there will be no verification of Degree from a well reputed organization like HEC so People will buy Degree easily from any institution. It will cut highly Tuition Fees which students paid now a days to get knowledge and to get a well verified Degree.
No one will have a highly ranked degree after shut down of HEC.Because HEC has ranked Universities according to their performances.Every one will have same level of Degree which will reduce unemployment from country.
The students who are studying under scholarships of HEC will become hard worker because they are doing nothing, all expense is bearing by HEC which cause them to become faineant.

Education will be very cheap, every one will buy Degrees from Sunday bazaar's stall. In the end I want to say that We will achieve 100% literacy rate in Pakistan.A 10 year old boy will have Masters DEGREE easily.

Airblue Plane was hijacked by Blackwater-main target was Kahuta Atomic Plant--RAYMOND DAVIS

Lahore (Humari news) Recently crashed Air Blue plane (A321) was not crashed due to any technical fault or bad weather. It was hijacked by two black water commandos who's main objective was to crashed the plane into Kahuta(Atomic reactor of Pakistan). This was disclosed by Raymond Davis in Body Remand last week to Investigators. We got this news from our sources from Pakistan Aviation Industry.Sources told us that Government is hiding this news from Public. He told us that two things are very important in any Plane one is Black box which records planes data & second Voice Recorder which contains Communications in cockpit of last 30 minutes. Both devices are very strong. But voice recorder is very sensitive even it records the noise of pressing any button in cockpit. They said that consult authorities confirmed that black box had found but they didn't told any thing about Voice recorder whereas they had also found this but to prevent from aggression of public they are hiding this.Source told us that the pilot of Airblue Pervez Iqbal Chaudhry was very fine in his profession and also a Patriotic Muslim. He gave his soul to prevent his country from a big disaster.Kahuta is only 2 minutes away from Islamabad if you are in Plane. He might stroke his plane to Margalla hills not to Kahuta as ordered by Black waters.
Margalla included in NO FLY ZONE.A pilot like Pervez Iqbal Chaudhry who was experienced & retired from PIA and was flying AirBlue plane A321 for 2 years can't did a huge mistake like this to enter in a NO FLY ZONE.If he obey the orders of hijackers and stroked the plane to Kahuta Power reactor than he also has to die and Plant could also be destroyed or if he could save due to para shoot so there was also a big possibility that they can also killed him so he strokes the plane to the hills and saved his country. There was also a possibility that Pilot denies the orders and hijackers assassin him so he lost control over plane and plane got crashed.

This all things can clear easily if Government shows the recording of Voice recorder in cockpit to media which contains last 30 minutes communication in cockpit. It is amazing that even small gadgets and accessories of passengers in the plane has found but voice recorder has not found.

If any pilot of Plane don't land on runaway through normal way in Islamabad and wants to use different way than control tower asks him the reason for that but Islamabad Airport Aviation's authority has not even show the communication between Pilot and Control tower yet so that's mean they want to hide any thing which was happen wrong.

A Beautiful Article written by United States of Pakistan on IQBAL DAY

Betrayed but Brave!

My first memory was of winning the British Squash Championship at the age of four in 1941. I decided then only that I would make my people one of the most sports loving people in the world. Pakistan would always be a spirited nation.

My people went on the win numerous splendors for me. We have been the World Champions in our National Game Hockey, ruled Squash for over 4 decades and winning crowns in Wrestling, Bridge and Snooker!!! But till date, my nation’s favorite sports remain to be Cricket.

Of all the traces of British rule in the last century or so, Pakistan loves Cricket only. It runs in our blood like electricity……the flow of the negative charges lightens our hearts and our souls…activates our memory cells to store every bit of it for years to cherish. To say that Pakistan loves Cricket only completes this irresistible circuit of love!

But recently, I have been assaulted, both in-home and internationally. The sad part of this gloomy story is the betrayal at every front. Yes, I’ve been harmed by my own men. Men who run my Cricket, men who promote my Cricket and now men amongst my most beloved stars have joined the bandwagon too. I’m glad these traitors were not sent to a battlefield or they would have fled to the other side.

This year only, I was told that my Cricketers had sold their souls for some worldly means in Australia, booked their faith for a few more in England and now bartered their very existence in Dubai. Till date I’ve been waiting for my sons to be proven of their crimes but not an eye would stand witness! But aye, there have been stories circulating…Stories after all.

There rarely comes a time in the lives of a people when they are blessed with not one but a pride of brave men. My dream is to see them successful in the times to come. I want to see my sons play but they just won’t let them. I’ve taken so much pride in my heroes belonging to the exciting world of Cricket for they have always made my flag proud wherever it’s hoisted. Fazal Mehmood, Imran Khan and Miandad; Wasim Akram Inzamam and Waqar Younis. The list is long and my heart reaches out for each one of them.

But never have been I as lucky to have an array of stars at a time as I am today. I have Shoaib Akhtar. Ahh Shoaib, the mischievous one! Razzaq O Razzaq. What can I say about you? Then the backbone of my team’s batting; Mohammad Yousuf & Younis Khan. And lastly…my darling Afridi. These are my most favorite sons; along with their younger brothers they are my hope for another glory soon…InshAllah!

But my enemies are huge in number. It hurts to see my own media make fun of my players and play nasty……yeah, nasty tricks on them. They ruined it for my youngest hero Amir and his mates Asif and Salman. Now I don’t wonder what they want… I know exactly what they want. They want to see my name disgraced. And they will go to every extent to ensure that. They are buying some of my people to help them in their task. I hear everyday these spineless creatures sell me for some riches. But do they realize, it hurts me to see them betray me. They are supposed to be on my side…they too are my sons. But I won’t disown them as yet.

But I’d remind them that Allah plans the best and their dirty little games will fail. My true sons will succeed and that is my firm faith. Their names will always be written in golden words, their sacrifices will be sung of and their dreams will be fulfilled. So those brave men who own me today in these days of predicament shall be told that their destiny is glory…and whosoever betrays me today; well, he shall be told he hasn’t got any destiny! His name will perish with time.

So my dear ones, I do not want you to shed tears when you are down and left alone to fight your own battles. But I want you to have the same faith in me as I have in you. This path you walk today has never been trodden upon. It’s rare like you. So pick yourselves up again when you fall and keep going. For the journey maybe long but its grandeur is unparallel! And every time they stab you, you go out in the field and play, as you are victorious as long as you don’t give up!!!!

Your loving Motherland,
Pakistan.

Spain beat Netherland

SouthAfrica (humari news) Spain beat Netherland by 1-0 and won the world cup 2010. Octopus Paul's Prediction comes true.
Spain won the World Cup for the first time when they beat Netherlands 1-0 after extra time thanks to a goal by midfielder Andres Iniesta.

Iniesta fired home the winner when he was put through in the area by Cesc Fabregas. Keeper Maarten Stekelenburg dived to his right and got a hand to the ball he could not keep it out.

The defeat was heartbreaking for the Dutch, who were down to 10 men after John Heitinga was sent off in extra time. It was their third World Cup final loss after 1974 and 1978.

European champions Spain had looked the more assured early on in the clash at Soccer City as a nervous-looking Dutch side ceded territory to their slick opponents.

Stekelenburg was forced into a save after five minutes when Sergio Ramos headed a Xavi cross goalwards while Spain forward David Villa crashed a volley into the side netting with the goal looming.

But a series of freekicks and bookings, including two strong challenges by Dutch midfielders Nigel de Jong and Mark van Bommel, shook Spain out of their rhythm and stopped them from producing the swift-passing game that got them to the final.

Wrestler Eki “Umaga” Fatu dies

Eki “Eddie” Fatu died in Houston on Friday after a massive heart attack, adding to a long list of professional wrestlers who died by the age of 40.

The 36-year old Fatu, who achieved his greatest fame in recent years as a star in the industry-leading World Wrestling Entertainment under the name “Umaga,” was found unconscious in his Spring, TX living room by his wife, who had him rushed to the hospital. Fatu had a second heart attack in the hospital before he died.
Fatu, who was memorable for his distinct facial tattoos, comes from a large family of Samoan wrestlers who have influenced the business for several generations, beginning with his uncles, the brother combination of Afa and Sika Anoi’a, who formed a successful act known as “The Wild Samoans” in the 1970s and ’80s. The most famous member of the clan is cousin Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who left wrestling for Hollywood fame.

Fatu’s career peak came in 2007, as he co-headlined Wrestlemania 23 in Detroit, a card that received a ton of publicity for a storyline involving WWE owner Vince McMahon and Donald Trump. But his run at the top was short-lived, and he was released from his WWE contract on June 8 when he refused to go into rehab after a second violation of the WWE’s drug policy.

Fatu had recently returned from an independent wrestling tour of Australia when he was stricken.

“On behalf of my family, the Anoa’i and Fatu family, we are devastated and shocked by the loss of our Eki,” Afa Anoa’i told the Wrestling Observer. Our son, nephew, brother, cousin, husband, father. Our hearts are broken, and words can’t express what each of us are feeling. It is so comforting to know how loved Eki is by his family, peers, friends, and most of all his fans.”

A staggering number of young pro wrestlers have died over the past 10 years, leading some to believe the industry has a curse. Among the most notorious cases were Chris Benoit, 40, who committed suicide in Georgia in 2007 after murdering his wife, Nancy, and son Daniel; Eddie Guerrero, 38, who died of a heart attack in 2005 in a Minnesota hotel room; and Owen Hart, 33, who died in Kansas City in 1999 after a stunt went awry during a live television shoot. In March, another former WWE wrestler, Andrew “Test” Martin, 34, died after an Oxycontin overdose.
