A mighty question mark on PML-N " Merit Laptop Scheme"

We are regularly listening news of distribution of laptops by PML N Chief Minister Mian Shehbaz Sharif in Punjab.Students who have got free laptops are very happy and are calling this scheme 100% MERIT scheme. But what about students who are brilliant and are 200% eligible for getting laptops but can't get it due to NIC, DOMICILE problems. Some students have reported us that they belongs to PPP following family and some said that they are die heart fans of Imran Khan, so for this reason government of Punjab refuses us by putting allegations on us.Creating many faults on their applications. They all are asking what is the problem if they don't like PML N and its CM.If Government of Punjab is giving laptops on 100% merit than why they are giving it just only to students of PML N supporters families or you can just say "MSF-N" (Muslim Students Federation).
I just want to ask Mr. Shahbaz Sharif that how much he think a price of position holder is in his eyes.If some brilliant students needs laptops for appreciation of their hard work in students life.So I think a position holder of university should get a "FREE OFFICE" of 1000 sq/m that he or she can start their career with new office.Everyone knows better a fresh graduate life is like a cylindrical clay oven where students receives just heat & burning fire nothing else. If you got position in graduation you knows only happy day of your graduation is the day when you 'll receive Gold Medal. After which if you don't have enough political background or you are not from a sound family than you knows better that you'll lose your shoes soles but you will not get job easily. However if you qualifies after giving merit test than again you 'll ask for a heavy briefcase.
I 'll be very happy if Mr. Chief Minister of Punjab announces free seats of 17-18 Grads in Provincial governmental institutions of Punjab. He can also assure some seats in Ministry of Punjab for the brilliant students of PUNJAB.After which a student can feel his career secure and all students who are currently in schools & colleges 'll be must inspired by these actions & they definitely took interest in their education.

All Pakistan knows better that what is the main motive behind these "SASTI ROTI" & "MERIT LAPTOPS" schemes.Just "1" vote from every individuals. If Mr. Shahbaz Shareef has given subsidy to farmers of wheat instead of spending a huge amount on sasti roti scheme than I 'll petty sure that People of Punjab can easily avail 2 Rs Roti after harvesting of crops for a long term duration. If he spend money on building an "IT UNIVERSITY" in Punjab instead of spending useless money on LAPTOPS than the product which 'll comes after completing their education from IT university can made a lots of similar laptops in Pakistan which can generate revenue for our beloved country but Mr. CM has spend big amount of foreign exchange abroad for importing expensive laptops.

What a laptop or Cellular phone can give a student can be check by viewing his or her INBOX or HISTORY.No one can say that he is using laptop for educational purposes.I can bet more than 90% students who have got FREE LAPTOPS 'll use Facebook and other chatting messenger in it.Hardly few 'll took advantage from it.I think a PC of 9k or 10k can work same as a laptop of 30k - 35k.And PC is more reliable than a laptop.CM can give 3x more PC's in same amount of laptops.Laptop is more sensitive than a PC.You can't see for what purpose your child is using Laptop because he can use laptop anywhere hiding from everyone. But if he is using a personal computer you can put your eyesight in it.In the most difficult phase of energy crises where whole country facing electricity shortage what a laptop can give a student when he or she can't charge it.Punjab is facing more shortfall of energy than SINDH or other region. If PUNJAB GOVERNMENT spent some money on power generation than it would be good for those who didn't have children in Universities & colleges. They can't afford to give their child education till Universities. If government of Punjab gives free education in Universities for deserving bright students than it could be a good step. But I think they are just thinking how to snatch money from public after making them fool like famous "UMRU AYYAR".

My last question to MR. SHAHBAZ SHARIF is that "SIR with due respect, can you tell me why & how you get a idea of giving such  nice Laptops to bright students of Punjab in the last year of your government, when elections are just near. When you just came to know after Imran Khan's Jalsas in Lahore & Karachi that more than 70% population of Pakistan are youngsters and more than 60 % are above 18 years of age.So are you thinking to get vote from youngsters as well & wants to get in touch with youth via TWITTER, FACEBOOK & other social media just like PTI or IMRAN KHAN.If you can like to give answer of my questions than kindly write it in below comment box.I 'll appreciate your feedback.Thank you very much.

Although Karachi Zebras bowled well but due to the 4-5 drop catches failed to bowled out Lahore Lions. Anwer Ali, Azam Hussain, Uzair-ul-Haq and Danish Kaneria shared one wicket each.

It is to be mentioned here that Faisalabad Wolves recorded a thrilling two-wicket victory over Peshawar Panthers in the opening match of the tournament.

Pakistan unhappy over Bangladesh appeal

KARACHI: Pakistan's cricket board on Sunday expressed disappointment with Bangladesh for considering appealing an incident in the last over of the Asia Cup final which they believe cost them the match.

Bangladesh on Saturday said it would appeal to the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) to review the last over, accusing Pakistani paceman AizazCheema of deliberately blocking batsman Mahmudullah Riyad from taking a second run.

Pakistan beat Bangladesh in a thrilling final on Thursday by two runs to lift the four-nation Asia Cup.

Pakistan Cricket Board director Intikhab Alam called Bangladesh's stance "disappointing".

"It's really sad and disappointing to hear the statement from BCB ( Bangladesh Cricket Board) official," said Alam.

"It was a thrilling final and everyone praised Bangladesh for their fight and their decision to appeal is just an after thought after the result.

"The fact of the matter is that no match umpire of referee complained about this to Pakistan management and Bangladesh's complain will spoil a wonderful final which everyone enjoyed," said Alam.

BCB said it would seek five penalty runs for deliberate obstruction and a reversal of the result in their favour.

"We have seen video footage of the incident repeatedly. It is clear that Cheema blocked Riyad deliberately," Enayet Hossain Siraj, chairman of the BCB operations committee, told reporters.

"We will lodge a written appeal to the ACC very soon and will also give a copy to the International Cricket Council."

Bangladesh is currently considering an invitation to tour Pakistan for a limited over series next month.

They sent a delegation to assess security arrangements in Pakistan for the tour but said a final decision will only be made by the country's government.

Should Bangladesh go they will be the first Test playing nation to tour Pakistan since terrorist attacks on the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore three years ago.

The attacks, which left eight people dead and seven visiting players and an assistant coach wounded, suspended all international cricket in Pakistan as teams refused to tour the troubled country because of security fears.

Don't cry Bangladesh -You have broken teeths of our enemies

I think Bangladesh should learn from Pakistan when we lost match near from the edge. When we lost the final of t20 World cup 2007 also which is from our arch rival India. Many people got shocked, might be many cried but our team didn't lose their heart and in the result we won t20 World cup 2009.If anyone has a knowledge about old matches than he must remember World Cup 1987 when Pakistan lost semi final match from Australia in sub continent just near from Victory but again world knows better "Who won the cup 1992!!". If as a Muslim nation Bangladesh believe on Allah than they should trust him for having a second chance.
Bangladesh nation called them "Tigers". They must remember the fact that "Tiger never cry , a Tiger always tore his opponent & always fight rather than cry over split milk".
Bangladesh played superb cricket through out the tournament & In my opinion they played well as compare to Pakistan.Bangladesh defeated two finalist teams of World cup 2011.As a brother nation Bangladesh helped Pakistan to snatch the CROWN OF ASIAN CHAMPION from their arch rival India.Because of Bangladesh, We have not given enough pride or chance to "Someone" (India) to decorate the crown on KING'S head.Bengali as our younger & Muslim brothers proved the reality of Muslims in Asia. The two best cricket teams in Asia now are Pakistan & Bangladesh.

On other but controversial hand.If we had lost the final from Bangladesh, than some anti Pakistani forces in Bangladesh which never accept Pakistan & who helped India in cutting our left hand in 1971 could be happy because the night when Pakistan became "ASIAN TIGER IN CRICKET" after some hours there were 23 March (PAKISTAN DAY). The day when we presented our resolution in Lahore which I think should be important for Bengali too.Because after which Bangladesh (old East Pakistan) came into existence so than after which some years Bangladesh formed. If we didn't presented resolution than its petty clear that Bangladeshi People could be not sovereign state. If we lost match on Pakistan Day than anti Pakistan forces could said something against creation & importance of Pakistan.

I know some Bengali people in Bangladesh who since creation of Bangladesh have not accepted Bangladesh yet and called themselves as  Pakistani were very happy yesterday.

In the end I want to say one thing that if Bangladesh was with us than today they can called themselves  Asian Champion. But they with their performance has cleared it on INDIA that however he can try his all effort to break our parts from body but he should remember one thing that our each part can break his teeth even with more power.

PAKISTAN ZINDABAD!!

LOVE YOU TEAM PAKISTAN
PROUD TO BE AN ASIAN TIGER ON "PAKISTAN DAY"

FACEBOOK is now too much annoying us

“The social media network annoys its users, again, with a confusing revamp. There must be an agenda here, somewhere”

Like, around 750 million users of Facebook, I logged on to the world’s biggest social media network this morning and was immediately annoyed. Facebook had changed its user interface, again. Gone was the “Most Recent” button, which allowed users to see what their friends have posted in a simple, straightforward, and chronological order. Now Facebook is indulging, again, in outright effrontery: employing its own secret algorithmic sauce to spice up what it considered to be the most important “top stories,” while plattering it with other recent posts quite down on the page.

.
Facebook has also added a “Ticker” at the top right hand side of the page, which provides a real-time Twitter-like stream of status updates from all my friends. When I first checked it, it was packed with complaints about the new interface change. Judging solely from comments of my friends, people don’t want Facebook deciding for them what’s most important, Facebook’s suggestions are wrong, irrelevant and insulting, and why oh why oh why can’t Facebook leave a single good thing alone?

Inertia is preferred and yes,  people hate change. And, they’re switching to Google+ (which conveniently opens its doors to the general public today), or Twitter, or giving up on the Internet altogether.

When you also disgruntle along with nearly a billion people, it becomes a fairly big news right away: The biggest tech news sites brimmes with the story within seconds. Moments after I encountered the interface change, TechCrunch offered the almost instantaneously obsolete “How to Go Back to the Previous Facebook Interface (While You Still Can)” while Gizmodo ambitiously promised “Everything You Need to Know About the New Facebook Update.

Experienced users of Facebook nearly collapsed- thanks to the overwhelming déjà vu. More than any other consumer-engaged company, Facebook routinely makes major tweaks to its user interface in ways that surprise and wards its users away. But so far, strangely,  the users always  manage to get over it. The pattern is set in stone. First there’s a big uproar, then a flurry of suggested workarounds that will either revert the changes back to the idyllic past or otherwise nullify the most outrageous new abuses of our sensibilities. Some of these workarounds work, and some don’t. Occasionally Facebook rolls back some particularly egregious privacy violation. But usually, the uproar soon subsides. We return to our gossip, snark and embarrassing family photos. And Facebook continues its inexorable growth.

We don’t leave the ‘social media giant’ for a very simple reason: The golden fetters of the network effect. We’re locked in by the comprehensiveness of the Facebook universe. We might look longingly at Google+, but is that where the birth of a friend’s newborn gets announced? Is that where your sister posts the picture of a lewd nun?

The dynamics are beyond irritating: The fact that Facebook user’s complaints never amount to anything but empowering Facebook in its behavior.

But amidst all of our grumbling, we should probably be paying closer attention to the WH questions in this situation. Because Facebook is clearly up to something. On the one hand, it seems like Facebook is intent on imitating or co-opting everything its competitors are up to. The recent introduction of Friends Lists and the Subscribe button enable far more granular control of what you see in your News feed (and what your friends see from you). That seems like a clear mockery of  Google+. The Ticker, as already mentioned, also reeks of Twitter.

And there’s clearly more of the same (that is to say, constant change) coming down the pike. The trade press is rife with rumors of even more significant changes to Facebook that could be rolled out as soon as Thursday at Facebook’s f8 developer conference. Misty details indicate that Facebook wants to become the platform where you consume and purchase all kinds of media — music, video, et cetera.

And that may offer a hint as to what Facebook is trying to achieve with its emphasis on deciding for you what you see when you log in. If Top Stories are determined by popularity — how many comments or “likes” they get from your friends, how much they’re shared — then anything viral will quickly move up the rankings. Facebook, in effect, will broadcaste those Top Stories to you. If the goal is to encourage on-site e-commerce, prominently flaunting what users are excited about might be one way to achieve that.

I’m sure we’ll all be annoyed when these changes are made. And at some point, maybe we’ll be so annoyed that we may really leave. Nothing lasts forever on the Internet — the social media universe is replete with the corpses of once-mighty networks that failed to innovate or evolve as fast as new competitors.

Which, of course, is another reason why Facebook can never stand still? To survive, it must annoy.

Bangladesh beat India after Sachin's 100th

The must-anticipated 100th international century by Sachin Tendulkar went in vain as India lost to Bangladesh by five wickets in their Asia Cup encounter on Friday.
Tendulkar's hundred (114), which came in 147 deliveries, took the Indian score to 289 and it looked a daunting total till a series of blitz by Shakib Al Hasan (49 off 31), Nasir Hossain (54 off 58) and skipper Mushfiqur Rahim (46 off 25) blew away the Indian challenge. Tamim Iqbal's knock of 70 and his 113-run partnership with Jahurul Islam (53 off 68) for the third wicket laid a solid foundation for Bangladesh.

After his 64 against Pakistan, Shakib once again shone with the bat, taking charge of the Bangladesh chase when things were looking difficult for the hosts. Just like Shakib, Hossain, too, was extremely impressive, taking the attack to the Indian bowlers from the beginning.
Opening the innings for Bangladesh, Tamim hit his second consecutive half-century. Praveen Kumar gave India an early breakthrough, picking up the wicket of Nazimmudin (5 off 15). But Jahurul, playing his 8th match, mixed aggression with caution. He got to his maiden fifty, before being caught at mid-wicket by Rohit Sharma off Ravindra Jadeja.
Hossain picked up where Jahurul left, clobbering the Indian bowlers from the outset. The wicket of Tamim although gave India a chance to claw their way back, an onslaught by Shakib took the game away from them. His partnership of 68 off just 48 balls with Hossain turned the game in Bangladesh favour.
Huge blows (3 fours, 3 sixes) by skipper Rahim towards the end of the innings sealed the victory for the home side. Indian bowlers went for plenty in death overs, leaking 36 runs off the last 14 balls.
Earlier, Sachin reached the much-awaited 100th century. A sigh of relief was palpable on the face of the veteran batsman who kissed the India emblem on his helmet after waving his bat towards his teammates.
He and Virat Kohli, who came together after the dismissal of Gautam Gambhir (11), shared 147 runs for the second wicket before Kohli was bowled by Abdur Razzak for 66. Suresh Raina was sent ahead of Rohit and the left-hander wasted no time in displaying his array of attacking strokes. His 51 off 38 balls gave the much-needed impetus to the Indian innings, which seemed to have lost momentum as Tendulkar neared the milestone. Rohit was run out while stealing a two at death.
Skipper Dhoni remained unbeaten on 21, along with Jadeja who contributed with 4. Mashrafe Mortaza, who picked up the wickets of Raina and Tendulkar in consecutive deliveries, was the best bowler for Bangladesh.
India will play archrival Pakistan, who have already reached the final, in a must-win game on Sunday.

Waheeda Shah got slap from ECP in response of her slap

Finally the echo of Waheeda Shah’s slap has settled down. Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has disqualified her for two years and has declared the election null and void. This land mark verdict of E.C.P was not against Waheeda Shah only; it has slapped the whole feudal system in Pakistan.
Indeed Waheeda Shah is a ‘vaderan’ and her very illicit act shows that. I could still have goose bumps when I watch her slapping the two female presiding officers. It could have been any one’s mother, wife, sister or daughter. Is the common man or a poor is destitute of mercy from all these hi profile politicians or feudalism.  Though justice prevailed in the end, but it was only due to media. Media has over played the issue that has shocked the entire nation. We usually complain about media that it exaggerates the issues, but I would say it is only the exaggeration of media, that has brought the justice in power. Either it is Sialkot incident, or killing of a youth at the hands of rangers in Karachi, both were given justice because media were hauling the system over the coals. So we should be thank full to media, at least they have brought the justice to the lower class to some extent.
If any of such incidents would have happened a decade ago, when there was no private media. Could we even think of any justice that time? Just imagine if Waheeda Shah would have slapped the two ladies in the absence of media, would they have got justice? If media had not over played the issue, would the higher authorities have even bothered to take any action against the culprit? It has all happened due to media. But the question arises, is it only the media that has been the cause justice, to the lower class and will things always remain the same? We need to enforce such legislation that directly brings the all the politicians and feudalistic under the trial. It should not be the pressure of media that brings justice to the middle class; it should be the spirit of the authorities to make the all citizen accountable for their actions.
It is twenty first century and we are in dire need of eliminating this feudal mind set from our society. It’s not only the Waheeda Shah case, each day numerous such cases happen in interior Sindh and Punjab. Why such feudal are given free hand from the law enforcement agencies? Isn’t the law of Pakistan applicable on them? Are all the laws only for middle class and poor ones? The very simple reason for all these is that, we vote these feudal in elections and elect them as our parliamentarian representatives? We are the one who bring them in power. Most of the candidates of P.P.P and P.M.L-N are feudal and if such mind set have been given the authority by our votes, how could we accept the change in our society? All in all the drop scene of Waheeda shah’s case is the victory of justice and tight slap on the feudal mind set, but this justice should prevail in the society with same zeal.

Acid thrown by girl on guy's face is not a funny story

Recently the news of "Acid thrown by Girl named Nabeela on her boy friend Mohsin face in Faisalabad" is shocking for every one across Pakistan. It is Pakistan's first case of this nature which came on media.Same type of case were seen in Indian Punjab Batala where a jilted girl allegedly threw acid on the private parts of her boy friend after he refused to marry her in Kahnuwan road area of Gurdaspur district.Jagdish Kumar, who was having an affair with Dalbir Kaur of the same area, was supposed to get married. When Jagdish went to Dalbir's house she allegedly threw acid on his private parts injuring him seriously.
Recently a Pakistani filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy has won Oscar award for making a film on issues of acid thrown by man on women faces in Pakistan. But now everyone is saying that he or she will going to make a film but victim will change. Some Sharmeen's fans are appealing her to make a film on mans who got burn their faces after woman throws acids on his face.
Besides all things it is point of notice that if man do a crime every one see him as a criminal with red eyes. But when female do crime people will consider it as a fun & comedy.Crime is crime & we should not appreciate anybody for doing wrong thing.
The girl in Faisalabad named Nabila confessed her crime to the police as she said that boy named Mohsin had a sexual relation with her.No one is asking Innocent girl Nabila that how come she allowed him for such nasty things.Islam do not allow male & female friendship before marriage.I think now both of them should got hit 80 hunters each according to Islamic laws & teachings for doing sex before marriage. Also media should play sensible role on this type of serious issues. They should not appreciate crime either done by weaker person.
Also we should have to think on point that how could such types of dangerous acids are easily available in market that it is using as a washroom cleaner.Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy should make a documentary film that how & where these acid are made and there should be any rules & regulations for making these acids. If she want to remove bushes she has to cut down it's roots Also there should be check & balance how could Alcohol is banned & Acids are easily available across Pakistan.

Girl throws acid on boyfriend's face in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Setting a new trend contrary to what have been the conventional stories of acid attacks in country, a girl threw acid on her boyfriend in Faisalabad, leaving the boy critically injured who was shifted to hospital shortly after the incident, reports SAMAA Sunday.

On one hand, the incidents of acid throwing have been on rise in Pakistan for some decades while the orthodox attacks, on the other hand, seem to have put on an alarming guise wherein only the girls/women being victimized in such cases has not been traditional anymore – as Nabila of Faisalabad, having flown into rages over some personal disputes, splashed acid on the face of her 21-year boyfriend Mohsin in Marzipura area of Faisalabad.

The ill-fated Mohsin, who was accused of harassing his girlfriend Nabila, was rushed to hospital in critical state, police said.

According to police, Nabila said her boyfriend raped her several times and was also boasting of in front of his friends all what he did with her.

Later on, to a question regarding the recently legislated sentence of acid throwing that is ‘life imprisonment’, Nabila told journalists she was prepared to embrace any kind of punishment for what she did.

Moshin is under treatment at a local hospital and is in state of unconsciousness at this time, hospital sources said.

Area DSP Ashiq Jutt told journalists that accused Nabila in her statement had told police that not only did Mohsin keep raping her but also demanding money and gifts from her.

Lt. Gen Zaheer-Ul-Islam Designated as New DG ISI

In a final end to the rumours of another service extension for Ahmed Shuja Pasha, the director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence agency, Lt Gen. Zaheerul Islam has been named as his successor.
Islam will take over the position on March 18, the day Pasha is due to retire as chief of the ISI.
Express News had reported earlier on Friday that the appointment of Lt Gen. Islam, who is currently the corps commander of Karachi, may be finalised later today, sources said. Islam is said to have a strong recommendation by President Asif Ali Zardari.
Islam has earlier served as the deputy director general of the ISI as a major general. He was then promoted to the rank of lieutenant general and moved to Karachi. He is said to be a disciplined and focused officer.
Consultations had been ongoing between the prime minister, president and the army chief. Sources said that the prime minister had told his cabinet ministers and advisers that they will announce the decision today.
Lt Gen. Pasha, who retires after having served a one-year extension in tenure granted to him in March 2011, had requested the army chief in December to relieve him of his duties as the ISI chief. Pasha, who has been accused of involvement in some political conspiracies during his tenure, served as the DG of the ISI when al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden was found and killed in Abbottabad in May 2011.
